You should complete every assignment, loyalty mission and purchase any upgrades before heading to the mission Reaper IFF. It isn’t hard, there is just a lot to it. There is a lot that needs to be completed. Some of the loyalty missions can be failed, so it would be beneficial to regularly create back up save files.
These can be missed if you aren’t speaking to them after each mission on the Normandy. You’ll need to make sure to constantly speak to your allies in order to get their loyalty missions.
Start on this right away while you still have the whole game ahead of you to work on this. You only need to do it 20 times for the Trophy and Achievement, but it’ll likely take more due to the inconsistent counter. Sometimes it’ll count the two biotic attacks, and other times it won’t. The tracking on this can be very annoying at times. You should start working on Tactican right away. You’ll gain bonuses in ME 2 and it is needed for the Long Service Medal Trophy/Achievement from the Legendary Edition list. I know not many will need to hear this, but before starting Mass Effect 2, import your save from ME 1. It is not a difficult list, but there is a lot to be aware of. This list can be completed in one play through, but it is a little more intricate than the original Mass Effect. Just like the first game, this list has been altered from the original Mass Effect 2.
